The delivery charge for orders under £25 is £5.95. For orders of £25 and over, delivery is Free of charge.

We currently offer delivery services to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). For international delivery please see the section below below.

If all your items ordered are "In Stock" has been chosen, you should receive them within 5 - 7 days.

Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are dispatched and delivered within the stated timescales, we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the manufacturer of the Product or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

Your delivery will be completed when our couriers deliver the products to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our couriers will leave you a note with information about how to rearrange delivery. If you have not accepted delivery after two attempts by us, we may treat the contract as having been cancelled by you in accordance with the terms of clause 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

To avoid risk of damage, most international orders will be sent on pallets with a minimum order quantity of 1 pallet. A limited number of products are also available as non palletised orders. 

Kindly note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for.
